How It All Began

Three friends united by their passion: bold flavors and culinary innovation, came together; founding Missouri Artisan Foods. Their combined love of artisanal creations and desire to share their unique recipes with the world served as the driving force behind the collaboration.  Together, they pour their heart and soul into every jar and bottle, infusing  flavors, creativity, and dedication, while delivering exceptional quality. Through their company, they aim to tantalize taste buds, ignite passion for spicy delights, and bring joy to food lovers everywhere, one jar or bottle at a time.

The Production Process

The creation process of hand-made artisan salsa and hot sauce is a labor of love: combining culinary artistry with a deep appreciation for quality ingredients. Carefully selecting the freshest and ripest produce, such as tomatoes, onions, peppers, and various herbs and spices; we then wash, dice, roast, and blend to achieve the desired harmony. The artistry lies in finding the perfect balance of flavors: the tangy sweetness of tomatoes, the heat of peppers, or the aromatic notes of spices.  Finally, the salsa or hot sauce is bottled by hand, with attention to presentation and labeling.  This results in a delicious, earthy, authentic, product that captures the essence of homemade goodness and adds a unique touch.
